Entitles:
A declaration of completion certificate
Allows students to complete their road test once they pass the ICBC competency tests
  1. Receive 2 Grade 11 school credits
  2. 6 months earlier to get your Class 5 (with conditions as outlined by ICBC)
  3.  use of vehicle for the road test.
